Guitar Chord Fingering Software
Chords are a very integral part of music, and
knowledge of chords is often very helpful to most musicians.
However, when one considers all of the many types of chords and the way
that fingering is accomplished for those chords, there really are an
amazing number of possible chord fingerings. Even if one considers
only the most basic chords, there are still a number of chord types.
Also, chords can be done for any scale or starting note of the chromatic
scale, meaning that any chord can have at least 12 variations by its
primary note and scale. But, complexity does not end there.
Using "capos" or "bar chords" chords can also be played not only at the
neck of the guitar, but also down the fretboard. Adding even more
complexity is the usage of right or left handed guitars, or other
stringed instrument variations such as tenor guitars, banjos, basses,
ukuleles, and more. And there is also the possibility of string
retuning by the user for certain effects.
Handling all of those possibilities and more is
"musicord" software by rpsoft 2000 software. You can view the main
page of this software by clicking here.

GUITAR CHORD FINGERING
SOFTWARE
The "musicord" screen image to the left is
smaller than actual size. However, note the keyboard readout
at the top for chords, and also the guitar stringed instrument chord
readout below. Both are active for chords and show fingering.
The stringed instrument pictured is of a left handed guitar view.
Of course, one can switch that to a right handed guitar view.
Options are listed below, but stringed instrument options also
include many instrument variations of guitars and also basses,
banjos, ukuleles, citterns, violins, dobros, steel guitars and their
families. |
